Profiling Services

Basic Profile - $750 Profile Project

Minimum 7 profiles*. Total cost $5,250.

Usually receive the first candidates in 48 hours from the time we start the project.

Time to completion is typically 10 business days.

The Process: Tell us what kinds of companies to target, what departments, and the titles of candidates you are trying to identify. If you don't know where to start we can help with this also. Additionally, we will need a few minimum qualifications including skill sets, educational background, maximum salary range, a full job description and any key selling points of your company that may apply.

The Result: We provide you with the name, full detailed profile and resume (if available), of candidates that have been pre-screened to meet the minimum qualifications. These candidates are guaranteed to meet those minimum qualifications and are interested in hearing about your company's opportunity. Each candidate is expecting a phone call from either a Hiring Manager or a Recruiter from your company to discuss the opportunity in more detail.

*Though the minimum is set at 7 profiles, we strongly recommend ordering 10 profiles in order to have the best chance of making a hire.

Hourly Contingency Search

$75 an hour to develop a pool of candidates and a Final Placement fee of 15% of candidate’s first year salary.  To limit your risk the fee is capped at 25%.  Most successful searches come in at 18% to 23%.

Minimum of 40 hours and 10 Qualified Candidates.

Usually receive the first candidates in 48 hours from the time we start the project. Use this service if you have multiple openings for the same position or if you need a lot of candidate flow very quickly.

The Process: Tell us what kinds of companies to target, what departments, and the titles of candidates you are trying to identify. If you don't know where to start we can help with this also. Additionally, we will need to get detail qualifications including skill sets, educational background, maximum salary range, a full job description and any key selling points of your company that may apply.

The Result: Do you need candidate flow?  Maybe you have a lot of openings to fill and no time to schedule appointments with candidates. In either case this is the service for you. You will get the name, full detailed profile and resume (if available), of candidates that have been pre-screened to meet the minimum qualifications. These candidates are guaranteed to meet those minimum qualifications and are interested in hearing about your company's opportunity. The Project Manager will call either the Hiring Manager or the Company Recruiter and schedule the first phone interview with the Candidate. The Project Manager is then available to assist in scheduling additional interviews and with the rest of the search process.

Contingency Search

Final Placement fee of 30% of candidate’s first year salary.  No fee unless you hire one of our candidates.

The Result:  Use this service if you are wanting a traditional agency agreement and not owe anything unless you decide to hire one of our candidates.  You will get the name, full detailed profile and resume (if available), of candidates that have been pre-screened to meet the minimum qualifications. These candidates are guaranteed to meet those minimum qualifications and are interested in hearing about your company's opportunity. The Project Manager will call either the Hiring Manager or the Company Recruiter and schedule the first phone interview with the Candidate. The Project Manager is then available to assist in scheduling additional interviews and with the rest of the search process.
