When you add an employee to your staff, you incur many costs and responsibilities, such as medical benefits, matching savings contributions, unemployment liability, and retirement pensions.  We can provide you with contract candidates through CareersPro Contracting department.  When you bring on one of CareersPro Contracting group's employees, your only responsibility it to pay a weekly invoice!

CareersPro Contacting becomes the employer for all candidates we locate.  This is a key item due to recent IRS crackdowns on companies who pay contractors on 1099s.  CareersPro Contracting handles the payroll and covers all payroll taxes for our contractors, protecting you from IRS violations.  CareersPro Contracting also carries liability insurance, Workers' Compensation insurance, and fidelity bonding.
